Hello All, Please kindly give me your advise. I have 2 plots of land at Ikorodu(Agric). It is on a major road. So I'm think of building a Plaza on It. Please guys what do you think? |

A wonderful idea. But be careful to mentain the right measure (fencing and building structure) so when they get to expand the road it wont affect your plaza. |

Aventure has a point as regards d alternative but whatever u decide, u may need to take d advantage of d set back for car wash, i tell u a lot of car is moving in that area.
