We may deliver your job even on payment of 30% while balance immediately in order to give you confident.

Fellow colleague, Ordinarily,An Architect deserve at least 2% of the contact sum as professional fees but due to economic problem some client prefer to patronize draftsman or incompetent Architect.( I am saying this from experience) So the fact that someone dont charge professionally is not the fact that he can not deliver. After all, it's a free world!

Not a cheap way at all. To be honest this is probably the most effective way. Why not market what your needs are and get as much people to give quotes as possible. Afterall you will obviously ask to see his or her portfolio and will not be at loss if you say no.

So keep quoting and make sure your that the price is right, you might get good business!

Pitching is allowed in a number of professions, architecture, advertising etc. but this is not the best way to go about it 4 either party or the profession.

A bad brief can hardly lead to the best solution, however broke both parties may be, if u notice some smart guys have started deleting their BIDS
