This is victory for democracy. Thank you Buhari for upholding the rule of law.

Shame on Igbos.
Shame on PDP
Shame on Ndigbo
Shame on wailers.

Atiku will cum 20 times today on the faces of the Igbos pigs and idiots. ( Nnamdi kanu )
what do we Igbo's gain in all these after all?
was it only Igbo's that wanted a true change, seeing the first four years of change was totally a mess up?

The PDP had better make hay while the sun shines.... these interlocutory appeals may end up jeopardizing the Substantive suit. now one interlocutory appeal has become statue barred, who knows how many others may suffer same fate as this one..... Well, "they all know that they are on a wild goose chase because annulling a presidential election is any polity is as herculean as bringing back the dead to life.

Just as expected judiciary of technicalities. A landmark judgement has been given without resolving d issue of whether a central server truly existed or not. A layman like me won't understand if asked by my child if INEC used server for 2019 cos our supreme court judges have been turned into technical directors with " after joining issues " phrase . For all of u gloating over d rape of d conscience of d nation pls continue but what goes around comes around.

Well...

Someone should notify Atiku to start preparing for 2023.

Won't be a bad advice though.

However, Atiku will not preside over Nigeria.

I hope he is now prepared to accept that fact.

But of course, he is in custody of so much of our patrimony, hence it's important that he keeps contesting so he can return some of them.

You are the one that sounds ridiculous,it's like saying you know more than God,The Supreme Court of Nigeria's proclamation has more authority than any Koran or Bible combined,it is the word of God in Nigeria, once the Supreme Court has decreed on a matter it is over, only the Supreme Court can reverse itself.

Double jeopardy for atiku.two heavy and massive defeats in one day.just like in osun, the tribunal will dismiss atiku's case without going into the main suit.its a worthless case.there's no certainty about any server, the course cant grant such s ridiculous order.tuniski, deji and engineer boat take note

If you read the report you would have realized that the headline is misleading. What the Supreme Court actually did was to refused Atiku's request based on the decision of the Court of Appeal to delay decision on the prayer of Atiku to inspect server till when final judgment is being given since all appeals related to the election have been consolidated into one.
