Here is just simple measurement of the house
The king pole is 25ft
Length of the house is 90ft
Width of the house is 42 ft.

I can’t remember the total numbers of the plank now but we spent about 1million on the plank only then.

What a great and neat job done. I read from beginning to the end and so glad to come across this page. I have a similar project of 8 units of 2 bedroom flats i.e 4 flats up and down with 1 unit of room and parlour as bq. I am at the stage of Plastering. The size is 95ft length and 35 ft breadth. Bq 13 by 27 ft.
Kindly assist with no of cements I can use for plastering exterior, interior, and decking
,staircase wall demarcation.
No of days it could take to complete the plastering.
Idea of what the cost of labour should be.
No of 20 tons of sharp sand and plaster sand.

This is actually swing two leaf gate with pedestrian sir, the materials used are very strong pipes and plate that will stand the test of time .
