Buhari has never tolerated dissent and has been cracking down on criticism of his fantastically corrupt regime which has reduced Nigeria to the poverty capital of the world. The only time Nigerians can confront him his when he makes one of his frequents junkets abroad and doesn't have the DSS,Army or Police to intimidate,arrest or brutalise critics.
