SENIOR PRODUCTION VACANCIES (FMCG) by ONNYX: 1:28pm On Aug 30, 2019
Our core expertise lies in the development and production of superior quality confections for a very discerning market that settles for nothing less that top notch products. We place a high premium on people, products and processes.

We are on the verge of a major restructuring and reorganization that will reposition our company as the market leader in our segment. This demands for an infusion of fresh ideas and energy and the introduction of an array of new products which will be midwifed by the right people adopting the best processes. Based on the foregoing, we seek to engage high career minded candidates to fill the following positions:

1. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST. (Snacks and Confectionery)
This is a role predicated on a penchant for research activity. The candidate will work together with management in developing new products and evolving traditional African snacks for the mass market. The desired candidate must possess a Degree/HND qualification in the Numerate Sciences with particular reference to Food Science, Micro-Biology and Chemistry. Practical knowledge of recipe formulation and Ingredient technology and function will be expected from the interested candidates. Prior experience in a similar role in a large, medium or even small organization will be an added advantage.

2. QUALITY CONTROL EXECUTIVE (Trainee Position)
The chosen candidate must be Degree/HND qualified preferably in Food Science and Technology or a related discipline. Candidates who have Degrees or HND in a different discipline but have acquired baking/catering skills from a reputable Vocational/Catering Institute may also be considered.

3.PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Interested candidates must be Degree/HND qualified. Candidates with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role in a medium to large sized factory/bakery may also be considered for this position. An above average demonstrable knowledge of how major African snacks like Chin-chin, kulikuli, coated Peanuts, puff-puff, etc. are made will be an added advantage.
