Pls what's the best and simple way/platform to create a freelancing mobile app that works based on location.

That is you can only make order from seller close to you.

it will have basic features of a freelancing app. like list services, make payment, give review and rating etc

Note I don't know coding/programming

I ll recommend flutter. Its quite fast and easy to learn even for someone who hasn't coded before
