|How To Loose Weight(fat) The Right Way by Maverick780: 4:21pm On Sep 01, 2019|
In this article i will discuss the right way to loose body weight.
First thing first, what's weight loss?
Weight loss refers to the reduction in total body mass by a mean loss in body fat, adipose tissues or bone mineral deposits.
Weight loss which is intentional is carried out intentionally by an individual is referred to as slimming.
Weight loss can occur unintentionally without any reduction in the rate of mineral intake by an individual, this may be due to the presence of a certain disease in the body or malnourishment.
Let's discuss the process by which your body gains weight.
The amount of energy contained in a food substance is known as calories. The calorie content of every food substance varies. This is due to the different amount of fibres, minerals, protein, carbohydrates and vitamins present.
When food is taken and digested, the nutrients are used by the body for other metabolic processes while excess nutrients/energy are converted and stored in the body for future use.
When the stored nutrients are not used overtime, they accumulate and become excess in the body. In the case of carbohydrates, they accumulate and lead to diabetes due to indigestion for a long time. While fats/protein lead to increase in mineral deposits in bone which lead to increase in body mass.
The remaining nutrients present in the blood and bone lead to an increase in body weight
Weight loss can be achieved in two ways.
(a) Regular body exercise
(b) Intake of Healthy Diet.
(a) Body exercise engages your body into action thus uses the stored energy to help your body in carrying out such exercises.
Furthermore, body exercise burns down the stored energy and prevents accumulation of nutrients which may lead to diseases or increase in body mass.
What you need to remember is that the calories you burn should be greater than the calories you take.
Any exercise can help to reduce weight. There's no specific exercise that reduces body weight. You can sign-up for fitness programmes of consult a fitness expert to help you engage in various body exercises.
(b) Intake of healthy diet can help to reduce body weight. A balanced diet keeps your body in a moderate state.
High intake of protein is not recommended as this can overwork yourself liver because proteins have higher energy content than Carbohydrates.
Excessive consumption of Carbohydrates can cause diabetes.
Fruits and Vegetables provide your body with vitamins. These vitamins are often required in high quantity to sustain body growth.
To loose weight by changing your diet involves the consumption of food substances with relatively low calorie content. That said, food substances with high calories shouldn't be avoided at all. Rather, they should be consumed from time to time.
Be sure to consult a Nutritionist before adopting a diet plan.
Also, diet plans and recipes for food with low calorie content can be gotten online.
The one I highly recommend is: Cinderella solution. This contains lists of diets which eventually reduce your body mass overtime.

The most important thing to remember if you really want to loose with is to burn more calories than the calories you consume to avoid excess storage of food nutrients which can eventually increase body weight.
