If Buhari sat and passed Cambridge Certificate,that's enough qualification for him to contest any election in Nigeria because it's equivalent of WAEC or GCE.But,the germane questions remain: Did Buhari submit that certificate he obtained from Cambridge to INEC as required by the laws of the land to contest the presidential election?If no,why?If PDP could have access to Cambridge to enquire about Buhari's qualification as alleged by the minister,it means that Buhari or the FG also has access to it and should have done so before contesting for the presidency of Nigeria.If Buhari didn't submit any Cambridge Certificate but relied only of "schoolmates" photo as his evidence,it means that he has no case,lied under oath and shouldn't have contested the presidency in the first place.

That still shows that even Lai Mohammed believes that Buhari does not have his WAEC certificate. So what did he present to INEC since we know he does not have a University degree? It's really a big shame. It's very obvious that Buhari presented a forged WAEC certificate to INEC.
