The Presidential Election Tribunal has fixed date to deliver its judgement on the petition challenging the re-election of President Muhammadu Buhari.

Atiku Abubakar, the president candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) is challenging the outcome of the February 23 exercise wherein Mr Buhari was declared winner by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

Mr Abubakar, popularly known as Atiku, is also seeking to be declared the winner of the election.

After listening to the parties in the suit which also seeks the disqualification of the president as having not been qualified to run for the office on academic grounds, the tribunal has fixed Wednesday to deliver judgement.

“The judgment of the petition of @atiku and @OfficialPDPNig against @inecnigeria, @MBuhari and @OfficialAPCNg in the February 23, 2019 election comes up tomorrow, Wednesday, 11 September,” Paul Ibe, media aide to the former vice president tweeted Tuesday afternoon.

Let's keep our fingers crossed and watch how this five-man panel would either choose to write their names with golden pen, leaving their footprints on the sands of time or rubblish themselves as a result of worldly gains
Nigerians are anxiously but patiently watching and waiting

Judgment day.

DSS is aware that Atiku would be declared winner and Buharists would want to cause mayhem on Nigerians going about their normal duties.

DSS arrest Buhari, Tinubu, Boss, Kyari et all if any violence erupt.

Clear road...

Atiku should forget about being President. You can't join others and stab GEJ and expect to sit on the same seat you never wanted the former president to sit.

It's strictly not based on merit of the petition but errors both syntax and semantic including the big one of the day...Technicalities.

What a waste of time and patience?,only a fool is not aware of the fact, that President Buhari has read the Supreme Court ruling when he was in far away tokyo 10 days ago, leaked memo, the Judiciary which is part of the Civil Service has loop holes.

In all honesty their are members of the Supreme Court that are eager to let the President know they were the ones that leaked the ruling to his office.

President Buhari is in Abuja with the Supreme Court,Alhaji Atiku is in Dubai, UAE,for lack of foresight my people !!!!!.
