About 84 Nigerians have been cleared to return to the country from South Africa following the Xenophobic attacks on foreigners. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs gave the update to journalists on Wednesday in Abuja. The ministry said that out of 313 Nigerians confirmed form the first batch for evacuation today, 84 of them have been so far cleared and are expected to arrive the country at 2pm local time. Although the flight Air Peace MEN2759 was expected to leave the OR Tambo International Airport at 9am but as at 2pm local time, immigration capturing processes were still on going.
