Uber Driver Caught On Camera Assaulting His Customer With A Whip by DonCrack: 12:11pm On Sep 13, 2019

An uber driver was caught on camera assaulting his customer with a whip after he asked her to come down from his car.

The reason for wanting her out of the car is not yet known at the time the video was captured.

But according to the witness, the driver asked her to come down from the car, when she argued with him, he used a whip on her.
