STEPS TO UPGRADE:
1) GO TO YOUR BLOGGER SITE : i.e www.xxxxx..com
2) SIGN IN TO YOUR GOOGLE ACCOUNT
3) CLICK ON THE DESIGN/LAYOUT MENU
4) GO TO TEMPLATE DEDIGNER- layout - body layout.
5) CHOOSE THE LAST TEMPLATE ON THE SECOND ROW
6) CLICK ON THE ''APPLY TO BLOG'' THAT APPEARS AT THE TOP RIGHT END OF THE PAGE LAYOUT

YOUR NEW BLOG WILL LOOK THIS FORMATS OF MY NEW WEBSITES BELOW:

This is not new to me. I have been using it right from when blogger was testing it. Then it using available for the public except some selected bloggers and I was fortunate to be selected.

For new bloggers, yhey may it useful.
