I'll be starting a acre of pepper farm next year January.. though the nursery will commence this December.. any advice for me??

Pls note I'm a total newbie to all of this.. I'll be employing a farm manager as well.. while I run my private business...

use hybrid pepper variety, for one acre at least use two different varieties and whatever your manager or people's opinion,pls top your crops when still at 3-4 weeks old in the nursery,it increases pepper production by 30-40%,the ones we are harvesting now is not topped and the production is lackluster
