The 2019 edition of the National Youth Games was brought to a successful conclusion today Mon Sept 16th, 2019. The overall result of the best 3 teams according to States with the highest medals is stated below. * Delta State: The defending champion continues it's back to back record breaking dominance with 41 Gold, 41 Silver and 22 Bronze, making a total of 104 Medals to retain her trophy for a continuous 4 year spree from 2016 to 2019. *Lagos State: Lagos State emerged the 2nd position with an overall total of 72 Medals. *Bayelsa state: Team Bayelsa scoop a total of 44 Medals, making them to be among the top 3 below Lagos State. The ceremony was closed with a closing remark by His Excellency, Albdurahman Albdurazak, Governor of Kwara State at the University of Ilorin Stadium. It was indeed a very warmed atmospheric pleasure.
