You said it all. Before now, I can read a post from page 0 to 100. It usually take me eternity to scan all the topics on front page from top to bottom. But today, I will just scroll up in one touch and leave. Nothing again interests me here. If I open a thread, I will just read the news and go back. I don't dear read comments because its all fights and insults!!!

A lot has been said here. I hardly click on any topic on the Front page these days. Except for some threads i'm actually active in. But that front page, it's just a Scroll.

Ps: The worst thing on this forum these days is that those bet 9ja scammers, Mtn scammers, and the porn too are even making FTC, may be the Mods have been bribed tho'

Nairaland was a good place to rub minds with great minds. Now there are too many trolls, scammers, pornography and tribalists.

It’s so sad that it’s now so difficult to have a meaningful intelligent conversation without getting derailed by those who don’t understand the essence of good thoughts.

And again that crap sites called famousnaija and naijafame, which I believe belong to one person and probably an influential person in your chicken cabinets . All what they do is go to other popular igs, tweeter and fbs , screenshots their contents and turn it to their and immediately I uploaded, you will see it in front page. I believe of you are not the owner of those sites, one of your mods have them it's so glaring seun. No content, just rubbish that will direct you to their sites and again from their sites to ig, or fb, or Twitter. Why can't we have those links directly here instead going to 3 subsequent links just to see the contents. Seun can say something about that.
This is one of the multiple monikers created , out of 6 topics , 5 on the front page and the last one just created today, and will still go to fp.

Bro, you're using Xiaomi Redmi Note 7?

I dont expect nairaland of the early yesteryear, to be same as today... We live in a constantly evolving world, and trends sets the pace not the other way round...
Nairaland has so many sections and so many posts are been entered into those sections on a daily basis..so,
Either posts from any of such sections, could make front page.. Including sexualty section...that said,.. The front page, is the poster image of this forum and as such all posts considered to be front page worthy, must be vetted to ensure that it agrees with the rules of this forum..
, not all traffic generating posts are front page worthy

What you listed here are serious issues but I will urge you to take a little time and use the report button on all posts that insult you or anyone, all posts that use the afonja and IPOB words. That’s what I do. I don’t respond or quote them cos that will be enabling them the more and giving them a voice, I quietly use the report button. There is a report button for insults and bullying. Together we can take back this forum

Ikinternational:

Guy you're not being sincere. The politics section has turned into a daily tribal war dance. Everything is seen through tribal lense. Hense the insults. You mean you don't see it? You need someone to bring it to your attention? Fire your mods if they are not doing their job. Anybody that has been reading this site for more than 10yrs will tell you this is the worst it has ever been.

Don't let people that are here to push hateful agendas take over this site for the sake of traffic. While you feign ignorance. The buck stops at your desk sir

The one I find the most irritating is why Seun has constantly looked the other way when mods push obviously divisive threads lifted from the tweeter pages of ffk and Reno to the fp.

I believe this is allowed because Seun et al believe such threads generate traffic, and the more the traffic on the site, the bigger the profits.

This forum is contributing it's unfair share to ruining this country.

In addition Seun, has RULE 9 been suspended? Has the need for traffic overtaken your sense of duty and patriotism as a Nigerian?

Here are some of the useless topics that have made fp in a while. NL idiosyncrasies for BBNaija stories is really annoying? Sorry, I don't want to sound somehow but I hate that show with passion. Is this what NL has reduced to?

No one is expected to note/keep links of posts on Nairaland. Everyone came to read and comment.

Asking for links from reporters before treating the issues is like asking for the number on my 'lost and found' N20 note before you can return to me.

Thousands of people have experienced this issue. It's undeniable. I have also experienced it and here is the link to a post which I accessed by August 14, 2019.
https://www.nairaland.com/5358997/president-buhari-dead-today . It says "Buhari is Dead" and I reported it. I checked back many hours later and it was still there.. until it was removed. Opening the link shows a completely naked black woman whose legs are widely spread displaying a massive vulva.

This is just an example and we know there are so many others.

Please post links to the home page threads that should not have made the home page. I will personally investigate them and figure out what needs to change.

I’m waiting for the links, please.
I cannot question how your organization (mods activities and internal policies) carry out decisions to push news to the front page. However, if you want to investigate, It has to start from them.

Managing millions of posts and comments daily can be tedious for your mods. I am aware of bots deployed to each of the sections. You might have to improve them too to be able to identify porn and contents that violates your set rules. #AI #ML are helpful tools.

Lastly, the reports of people should be treated urgently once multiple people are reporting the same content. You should have triggers for that.

Cheers and Kudos for always listening. My regards to your family.

You do know it's your duty to report posts that contravene rules 4 and 5, right?

In fact, I've had enough of this crap! You all making out some out of space aliens made here what it is and all the porn and all the bets and all the race and vile and hate and lack of progress and underdevelopment of Nairaland is not because we are sitting on our lazy asses doing nothing and actually sometime working to ruin our own collective progress. Or what would you call the none use of a brain?

Seun has brought together the Garden of Eden and needs those who will rule over the fish in his sea and the birds in his sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, and over all the creatures that move along his ground, so we all need to stop blaming aliens from out of space and understand that here is exactly how we create it to be and take responsibility for posting or not reporting crap! Then we will all grow a hundredfold, a millionfold, a billionfold even!

kiss kiss kiss
You speak my ẹntire mind. We share the same philosophy about Nairaland.

For the record...this is the Official APC handle on Twitter- @OfficialAPCNg.... Verified by Twitter.

Second, why do your Mods keep bringing every news about Nnamdi Kanu, IPOB and Biafra to the Front Page, while the Forum Forbids promotion of Secession related topics?

Third, when are you going to Verify some of us who have contributed to the growth of this forum?

Four: Why are you static as regards modernization of this great forum?
