Job Description
• Penetrating potential clients and closing deals.
• Developing business proposals
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Developing growth strategies and plans
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events to broaden networks.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients

The Successful Applicant
• Bachelor's Degree minimum in Business Administration, Marketing, Business, or any related field.
• A Minimum of 3 - 5 years' relevant experience in Sales.
• Experience in commercial & retail sales, marketing or related field
• Strategic thinking in sales and ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Excellent organisational skills
• Drive and initiative, self-motivated, results and actions oriented.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills: fluent written and verbal English both inter personally and in an analytical/technical business setting. Strong presentation and discussion facilitation skills.
• Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for Sales.
• Proven track record of winning new clients and meeting financial targets.
