RESPONSIBILITIES
 Responsible for agent set-up and activation on the system
 Monitor Agent sales and general performance
 Track inactive agents and escalate for engagement
 Monitor liquidity management agents

MIS Reporting and Analytics
 Data Analytics and management
 insight generation

Logistics:
 Monitoring of promotional materials production, storage and distribution

Complaint Resolution:
 Investigate customer and agent service complaints and irregularities
 Ensure all complaints are resolved in a timely manner
 Escalate operational issues as necessary


SKILLS REQUIRED
•Accurate and meticulous attention to details, quick-thinking and able to use initiative whilst being a strong team player.
• Ability to set own priorities and goals and ability to manage a diverse workload.
• High level of computer literacy and competence analytical thinking.

QUALIFICATIONS
B.Sc/HND minimum of lower division/credit
32 years below
1 Sales experience in the banking sector
Proficient in excel(V-look-up, Pivot table, Charts)
