Good morning all.
I have tried to do some research online to answer this question but have not found anything relating to it, so I decided to bring it here.

In my opinion, CBN is sovereign and are not mandated to reverse its policies when ordered by Senate or Reps, but I might be wrong tho.

Pls information is needed

They have no such powers, their resilutions are merely advisory at best. It is only a court of competent jurisdiction that can give such orders to the CBN. But na naija we dey na, The executive dey issue orders, legislature dey issue, even NGO's sef ma dey issues order
