Operatives of the Nigerian Police have intercepted a van carrying large quantity of cannabis also known as Indian hemp

The Police Officers from Area J Command, intercepted the van which was loaded with twenty bags of Cannabis along Itafaji street, Lagos Island

According to the statement released and signed by the Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Bala Elkana, the driver of the Van, Usman Adeyemi , who is 2- years-old was arrested.

The statement confirmed that the vehicle has been impounded for discreet investigation while investigation on the crime continues.
