No, they can look into our case for self determination, if we are qualified under the criteria's set by the UN under the international court of Justice, Nigeria will be forced to give us a referendum to vote ourselves out of Nigeria, biafrans will vote whether to remain in Nigeria or separate from Nigeria

Good luck sha.

Secession

While international law embraces the principle of self-determination, it does not contain a right of secession.[11] It may be argued that international law merely tolerates secession in instances of external self-determination, where a people is colonized or oppressed (like in the case of Kosovo). In addition, secession is prohibited under international law if the secessionist entity is attempting to separate by violating another fundamental norm of international law, such as the prohibition on the use of force (like in the case of Northern Cyprus).[12] In other instances of attempted secession, where the relevant people is not oppressed, as in Quebec or Scotland, international law is neutral on secession—it does not support a right to secession nor does it prohibit secession. Instead, the secessionist dispute is left to the realm of domestic law and to political negotiations between the mother state and the secessionist entity.[13]

This here is why you always get it wrong. As flawed as the 1999 constitution is...it still remains in place until it is reviewed by a democratic means. IPOB shouting up and down cannot change the constitution. Eventually, the 1999 constitution will be reviewed and a more "people's" oriented constitution will be made but not by IPOB.

Stop deceiving yourself. The same constitution was skweded in favour of the north, ging them more states so they now have majority in NASS. What do you expect in its review? That's why the agitation for self rule is being internationalized.

1999 to 2019 is 20 years of your cheating other regions...and its not enough for you. Will it be reviewed in 100 years?

Most it be the PMs? Did you mention the PMs in your post? These countries are aware of Biafra as there are offices in those countries. Yorubas too were asked to leave SS, so why are you fooling around with this lame comment?
Lol, I guess they are diplomatic offices too recognized by those countries, you guys can kill one with laughter

When you guys are serious, the whole world would know, for now let's allow Nnamdi Kanu to continue receiving the alerts from donations from around the world because he knows it can dry up at any time

While you continue to rape their region serving ONLY the north and SW, leaving them to rot.

I had asked that you mention one FG project in the region, but you hypocrite diverted that.

Do you people have any conscious at all?

2019 is different from 1967, you've been told to leave in peace and this time no killings, what are you waiting for or you just enjoy the online fantasizing over a country that would be better than Dubai, Singapore and Hong Kong put together?
When you are serious about getting a Biafra, not only Nigerians but the whole world would know
Putting the cart before the horse. Infantile thought!
They DO NOT have to leave any part of Nigeria until Biafra is created, and the government of Nigeria asks them to leave. Today many southern Sudanese live in Sudan despite their acrimonious separation.

All this even makes the case for Biafra stronger. So the question is which referendum made you a Nigerian? Where did we meet and agree to be Nigerians? If we never agreed to be Nigerians then it means that Nigeria and its constitution is a fraud and the need for a referendum is urgent. Since Nigeria was created by external forces, the British, who lumped us all together in 1914. Time has come for all to decide if it is still what they all want, via referendum
That you weren't there in person( not born then), you had your representatives that agreed to be part of the southern protectorate and later part of Nigeria, your representatives were there when the constitution was being drafted and made law which they agreed to.
The constitution of the US today wasn't drafted by those alive today and it is still binding on them and if they don't like a part of it, they can change it , just an example

Hmm, you're now getting emotional, let's talk on Biafra matter next time

The message is still the same, stop blackmailing Nigerians for holding you back from getting Biafra, you've been told to go and get it and what other Nigerians don't understand is that you still come back and accuse them of holding you back

......then what is still holding the Biafra to be declared yet?

Countries have their own local laws that are not binding on other countries, Nigeria had a Ghana-must-go episode in the early'80s and may decide on a Biafra-must-go if the need arises after you've declared Biafra, you'd be declared illegal immigrants with no papers to back you staying in Nigeria, it must not follow Sudanese law.

By the international court of justice, the same Court of justice that forced Nigeria to give bakassi peninsula to Cameroon , when Cameroon took the case to them, Nigeria was never going to allow Cameroon take bakassi peninsula but international court of justice collected it and gave it to Cameroon even though 90% of the people living there are Nigerians

Most of you don't even understand things before commenting, the two cases are different.

Cameroon claimed Bakassi because it was part of German kamerun, the area was tilted into Nigeria after Germany was defeated in WW1 and the colony was handed over to Britain and France to administer, Cameroon had all the historic proofs and that was why it won the case.

Biafra on this other hand was never acquired or tilted into Nigeria, it was a part of Nigeria and any movement out of Nigeria would be seen as a secession even by the ICJ.

Funny guy. I thought Igbos were criminals that contribute nothing to the economy and are irrelevant?

Igbos has asked for equality in their country for the past 50 years, but successive government have largely ignored them.

The situation will FAST TRACK by 2023..if the country fails to adjust in line of Justice, all things being equal.

I do not have problem with Nigeria splitting up I infact think that it should split more than 4 since we all know that the Europeans deliberately used the tower of barbell analogy on Africans.

My concern is that after the successful breakups each of them will start to fight among themselves over leadership again.

you don't actually believe that because you don't believe in Kanu makes you bright or intelligent. There are many graduates who are actually dumb and stupid. Yes I agree that you are serious minded. But what has your serious mindedness brought in form of development to your village or Igbo land as a whole. For someone to have Sense or claim to be smart you look at the issues he has brought it to the table and ask if what he has said is true. Your likes are the type who have zero tolerance for dissenting views without having facts to back up your views. I don't really support Kanu in the real sense if it but I will go gun blazing and with venom to anyone who abuses or insults him when they are sitting and doing nothing about the plight of Igbo people. If you are non Igbo,I beg you to mind your fvcking business. If you are Igbo, then I tell you for sure that with events happening in Nigeria and you are too blind to see were the Northerners are taking us to then you will be a fo.ol forever and you shall be buried as a cursed slave forever while people would spit on your grave.
Well said. Non igbos should mind their fucking business and igbo loafers who are attacking kanu should bury their heads in shame.

Yes I know, there are criteria recognized by the International court of justice, for people seeking self determination, and Biafra have those criteria, it's written all over our history how we have been treated and killed and driven from other parts of Nigeria from time to time, continues marginalizing, the civil war, the pogrom attacks in the North, the arewa threats on igbo's killings of harmless ipob demonstrators, etc all these things are criteria's that will qualify us for self determination if our case is presented well to the international court of just, which I know Nnamdi KANU is working towards that, if we can't get it through the court, then there's another way, , befriending other countries and getting them to recognize Biafra so that when we eventually call for succession like ojukwu did in the past those countries that recognize us will be there to assist us fight the war by supplying us with weapons, fighter jets, humanitarian aid, that's the reason Nnamdi KANU was in Israel, Japan, and thats the reason he met the EU countries ojukwu didn't plan it this way ojukwu lost that war cause Biafra lacked the recognition from other countries to support it
