How true is this?

I believe from what I hear that those laid off are junior developers. And the speculations online point to the fact that it is SENIOR DEVELOPERS that the market really wants.
Which now leads to further arguments of WHAT/WHO IZ A SENIOR DEVELOPER? e.t.c

And people are even asking that what is now the fate of those people laid off?

I hear their business strategy was to train young developers and outsource them to the american market.

Now, the American market i hear is saturated, hence the need to lay off these ones.
