For days, we have not had electricity where I reside. The heat has been tormenting and has had a bad toll on our wellbeing.
As a nation, are we aware that outages like this come with damages to individuals and businesses, some of which have to do with life?
People experience outages for weeks and months without prior notice, communication or apology. People suffer damages and loss, yet still pay for power.
I am in Lakoto, Ajibode in Ibadan and everybody here has over endured. I guess that there are areas where people suffer this more.
We as a people of this great nation needs to raise our voice against this wickedness.
For instance, if a child suffers Meningitis as a complication from this kind of situation, the parents won't still get medical help. They will be forced to look for money to save the child and also pay electricity bill that is almost not useful.

We use prepaid meter but the problem is that the electricity is not just available at all.

My pain that the things the masses should shout about and fight for, they do not.

If U filled in ur correct phone number and email den dey shld have contacted u. But if dey haven't dem U can go to their office to let dem know u applied and is yet to hear from dem.
