1. Clean navigation
2. Structure consistency
3. Fast loading
4. Color blending
5. Sensible content (important)
6. Minimal graphics and Flash

3. No broken link
4. easy to navigate from one page to another
4. Good logo design
5. beautiful and relevant images/photos
6. no too much graphic, flash and irrelevant script
6. form validation
working mouse event

2. Search engine friendly
a) Semantic code
b) code that validates
c) pages that are content rich
d) URL that makes sense
e) meta tags for keywords and description are present
f) images and links have appropriate alt and title tags respectively
