Good evening all,forgive me on my use of word,i am not very fluent in English,these my write up is voluminous but I need your assistance or advice in what to do.During the beginning of these year I recently gain admission to study in the university,the joy I had was unimaginable,but little did I know that these year was going to be the worst for me.As I resume school I suffer a serious mental breakdown,these has not being the first time I had depression,my decline state of health made everything difficult even jacking became hard,i started having weird thought that filled my mind on a daily basis.These thought are actually irritable thought.my mind sometimes thrick me on having thought that usually increase my adrenaline and cortisol making concentration difficult,i have already visited the doctor some medication as already be prescribed to me for intake,,these drug made it difficult for me to attend class,i miss a lot of practical work,in order for me not to get a lot of carry over or worse been asked to withdraw from the department I had to defer,now the problem is that my deferment has not been process and second semester would soon be over I don't know what to do if I will still be call back into the department.I am already thinking about leaving the country by road if I am not call back,as I have no money for visa and the necessary document.even if I decide to stay I have no money to pay for another acceptance fee,at these point I had stop my treatment cause I had no money to pay for my drugs.
