I don't think he smuggled the car. It looks like a car that was cleared from Lagos port. Only God knows what happened.

That vehicle looks like a direct tokunbo Honda CRV (very recent model) and also the man looks like a security agent.
I guess he was just a driver going to deliver the car to the owner after purchase and probably an officer of the law doing side hustle.
