VACANCY!
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (NIGERIA)


➢ In this role you will present as a key contact to client and potential clients nationwide to engage customers intimacy and loyalty then closed deals/ capture revenue growth
➢ You will have an opportunity to build your team with little or no supervision as time progress and work as a core team member in aftermarket business portion and gain experience for thru-cross functional collaborations and further development in sales organization
➢ You should posses at least 3- 5years of management experience as well as remote selling skill in B2B industry, have ability to achieve sales target through creating sales funnel based on in-dept market study.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY
➢ Responsible for creating sales funnel that can support quota overall attainment
➢ Undertake research to understand prospect organization structure and identify key players
➢ Convert small starting opportunity to significant sized opportunity over time
➢ Effectively collate and deliver certain level presentations
➢ Effectively asses clients needs, requirements and facts to adequately recommend satisfactory product solutions
➢ Develop technical knowledge needed for value proposition and solution selling
➢ Asses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitors information and trends: Identifying sale opportunities and leads
➢ Work with complex or large territory/products and may serve as subject matter expert
➢ Achieve and exceed quota target and activity metric within assigned territory

KEY COMPETENCIES
➢ Strategic thinker
➢ Strong consultative approach
➢ Experience working in salesforce or CRM
➢ Has good insight into the market position of own products and services

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
➢ Ideally degree educated with 3-5 years experience in an inside sales/Aftersales experience in industrial environment complex B2B interactions, with experience in developing after market sales strategy
➢ Base management experience will be an added advantage
➢ Able to demonstrate track record of success in inside sales ? After sales
