1.Job Title: Clearing & Forwarding /Shipping Officers

Location: Lagos / Ibadan.

We need experience candidates with sound Clearing & Forwarding knowledge in the following areas:

* Receives the PI for Form M allocation and approval or to follow LC cycle from A to Z.

*Send the documents to Bank for PAAR issuance

*Follow up with the original documents arrival
*Send duties and taxes approval
*Send invoices for approval
* Allocate the correct licence on the types of goods being imported .
*Follow up with the delivery of goods( containers) to the warehouse .
*Send shipping reports and and monitor on daily basis .
* Collection of original documents from the Bank
*Preparation of delivery letter to the appropriate warehouse
*Proper filing of shipping documents,duty payments and receipts, insurance certificate ,Clearing invoices ,container waybill,empty container cards etc.
* Follow up on ECD .
* Handling NAFDAC registration and documentations.
