As for Iran, the targeting of Saudi's Oil installations was an act of desperation by someone pushed to the wall. Trump reduced them to nothing. What the U.S did was unfair but Iran too was becoming too meddlesome.

With Iran's access to less money, I doubt it will have enough funds to maintain the present military strength. It cost lots of money to fund proxy wars in Yemen and Syria for instance. No be beans. It cost money to fund Hamas, Hezbollah and its factions in Iraq.

Iran didn't target Saudi's oil installation, Houthis did, did you just said Trump has reduced Iran to nothing? you mean NOTHING?
