Instagram Celebrity, Tunde Ednut has mocked the Innoson car presented to the winner of the BBNaija 2019 season, Mercy Eke.

Sharing the picture via his Instagram page, Tunde alleged that the car is too poor compared to the amount of money realized from the show.

In his words-

See the car they are giving to Lambo after all the money they made. Not even GWagon or Range. BBN Don buy NEPA motor for our Lambo. Dis one na made in 51 Iweka road onitsha.

This is massively thoughtless from loquacious simpleton who failed serially at sundry endeavours in Nigeria and had to run to US to babysit kids at home while his woman worked. Ednut is simply an ingrate and unpatriotic snake.

Denigrating our local brand is pure madness. Using your social media influencer status to work subtly for a foreign brand against a fledgling Nigerian brand at a time we need more local brands to create jobs is sabotage. How did Ford, Mercedes Benz, etc start? Could they have reached the height they have attained today if they were not encouraged by home country?

The show was not called Big Brother Naija for nothing. It is supposed to be Nigerian show driven by Nigerian brands.

The car is even most likely a donation from Inosson motors to sponsor BBNaija and to use the show to promote their brand. In other words, despite the billions they made from voting SMS, BBNaija didn't give up to 30million prize from their pocket.
