Antonio Oil Plc is a Private Sector Nigerian Company planning to develop a grass root oil Refinery near to the city of Ijebu Ode in Iwopin, Ogun State, Nigeria.

The proposed Refinery will process 27,000 BPSD of Crude Oil to produce products for the domestic market.

The Refinery to be purchased was initially being used in Cyprus.
The Refinery processes Crude Oil and produces finished products which supply the energy requirements i.e. Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG) used as a domestic fuel for cooking and heating, Three grades of Gasoline Aviation Turbine fuel, illuminating, Kerosene, Gas oil or Diesel, light fuel oil, heavy fuel oil and bitumen.
