Majority of Nigerians can't buy a BRAND NEW CAR. A brand new Toyota Camry is very expensive not to talk of a G Wagon.

The fact most nigerians can't afford a brand new car should be reason to lower the costs or produce less expensive models.

Would you honestly pay even 20 million for the IVM G40 over a well established Korean brand?

Government can increase tax on foreign cars imported into the country, federal and state governments can adopt Innoson vehicles as official government vehicles, Innoson should source at least 60% of their components locally while the company can enjoy tax reduction ( currently they enjoy tax reduction on imports) and encourage partnership like the one between Innoson and the Nigerian army where Innoson is now a major contractor.
Let's not also forget the fact that Innoson alone cannot satisfy 20% market demand of the auto industry at the moment.
