Hello foodies...I need your help with something. I am following a diet that needs me to take "nuts" daily, and I have been okay with taking walnuts, but walnuts season is kind of over right now. Coconut will always be available, but I easily get tired of Coconut. Please does anyone know any other "nuts" that can be easily found in Nigeria. Thanks in advance.

Tiger nuts like coconuts these days are bleneded into milk and juice forms. So if for an reasons you need nuts, why not load upnon their juice that has the same nutritional contents. Coconut milk is bae tiger but juice is cool too. You can easily get them handy these days for as low as 300

Thanks a million. I will go for this option. I just hope the one I find in Shoprite Ibadan won't be heavily processed.

sure one can swallow, that's actually fibre. Fibre is really good for the body.
Moreover not all nuts are healthy.
