All is not well with a Nollywood actor and a Make Up Artiste, Henry Onyeka Nwankwo who has been bedriden for two years now even as he called on well meaning individuals to come to his aid.

Nwankwo is seeking for 8.4million Naira to carry out a surgery in India so as to end his misery which has affected his spine and legs, making it practically impossible for him to walk.

Recall that Nwankwo was shot by a trigger-happy Nigerian soldier in Jos, Plateau State in December 2017, when the driver carrying him and others refused to pay "tax" to the said military man.

The soldier whose indentity is yet to be confirmed, shot at the boot of the vehicle conveying Nwankwo and others. Sadly the bullet passed through the boot and hit his buttocks and his spine.

All effort to get the trigger happy miiitary man proved abortive as he had flee the scene of the incident.

It was gathered that Nwankwo was first admitted at the University of Jos Teaching Hospital in December 2017 and was later reffered to National Hospital Abuja some time last year.

He alleged that, " we boarded taxi around Maternity, along Enugu Road when a soldier man stopped the vechicle i was in and requested for bribe and the taxi driver refused" " The taxi man zoomed off. Immediately we heard a gunshot and the bullets passed through the boot and hit me on my spine and buttocks"

It was gathered that Nwankwo had carried out six surgeries in Nigeria and it has not solved the problem. The excruciating pain is constant and he is on a particular spot.

The proposed surgery schedule to take place in India which will cost him 8.4million hopes to correct his already battered body.

Nwankwo, 36, is now a shadow of his former self as he looks more like a living corpse with pulse gushing out from the gunshot wounds.

The young and handsome man full of prospect is desirous to stay alive and had spent all his savings to come this far. He sincerly needs your support to carry out the surgery.
