I really need this information as I want to report their complicity in the theft of a stolen bag by their rider. One of their riders was hailed and issued a package to deliver from Ahmadu Bello Way VI, to Oniru VI, on 7th Oct 2019. He refused to deliver the package and has refused all entreaties to return it. In fact he curses and threatens and has now refused to pick our call. All entreaties to get Opay team to resolve the issue has failed. Opay claims they do not offer courier services, but why did their rider not refuse to take the delivery? Why are they claiming that they can't reach the rider when they can suspend him from the app. The consignment - a ladies' handbag so sold still remains with Opay we have had to make refund to the customer. I need to escalate this issue please. |
