Good day everyone, since i was a kid i had this spots but they weren't really much on my body but lately i have noticed that they are now getting too much and spreading everywhere fast on my body i don't really know what the cause is or what it is, i just want the doctors over here to explain better to me or if possible help me out because i don't want it to my face

Yes that's what am thinking about tho because i made some research about it and that's what it looks like and the reasons why i brought this topic here is maybe somebody is having the same skin problems as me looking for solutions also
