The Obscurity Of Tomorrow... by Hautside(m): 4:35am On Oct 17, 2019
Waking up every morning and wrestling with the obscurity of what tomorrow brings, makes my heart beats faster than someone who has just completed a marathon race! I remember singing the song..."We are the future of tomorrow" but after over some decades now, tomorrow seems to be yesterday and looks like it will never come! Its a shame that we now pray for the little things that should be readily available. Even our "airs are no longer fresh".
Teenagers, who are supposed to dream, have not even fallen asleep because they are laying on empty stomachs.
Gone are those days we tremble when we hear a young lad being referred to as the "CEO" but these days, it has become a house-hold acronym and social media title for "all and sundry". They worked on our brains and have made us married "entrepreneurship" forcefully just because they failed to provide a home for our certificates. Those papers we spent atleast 20years to gather have now become what we keep under our beds. Infact, most of us dont even know where we kept them!!!
They keep telling us there is light at the end of the tunnel but this car doesn't even have a battery and her headlamps are faulty!
It keeps getting harder and harder. It is so difficult playing at home that we now rely on away matches to win. Infact, scoring an away goal these days comes with so much pains. We strive both "home and away"!!!
Most People are tired of playing and are just waiting for the final whistle...
What is the hope of the common man?? What is wrong with the black race? #Tears Dropping#

To be continued....
