The Negro Bed Wench is a Black woman who will do ANYTHING to please her White bosses, especially White men. She is the female equivalent to the Uncle Tom, someone completely loyal to her White bosses and will not only lie, cheat and steal for him, but allow him to use her as his sexual plaything. 


Negro Bed Wenches makes White Corporate business owners comfortable. In fact out of all the Black sellouts she makes White bosses the most comfortable. White managers love Negro Bed Wenches because he knows how ruthless they are. As his enforcer, White Men can always count on her to do their dirty work. No matter how immoral, unethical illegal or heinous the act is she’ll get the job done and do it with pride.


Anything an Uncle Tom or a Coon won’t do, A Negro Bed Wench will. And she’ll do it with a smile. Plus they allow him to meet the Affirmative Action quota by killing two birds with one stone, by hiring a minority person and a woman at the same time. 


Negro Bed Wenches are often placed in management positions and entry level front desk positions, she’s known for her hostile no-nonsense attitude and her cold demeanor. White Managers used her to strike fear and terror in the masses of employees and customers, especially the Black males. A Negro Bed Wench is loyal to only two things: MONEY and WHITE DICK. And she’ll do anything to get an unlimited supply of both. There are three types of Negro Bed Wench who usually work in corporate AmeriKKKA. The Mammy, the Strong Independent Black Woman, and the Hood Rat. 


Mammies are extremely loyal to their White Masters. These are older women who have maintained a close long-term relationship with the White managers of a company. Usually these are veteran administrative assistants or veteran managers with seniority. These women have a lot of pull and a lot of influence in a White corporate power structure. They can get people hired and fired literally on their word. 


What makes these old women dangerous is the fact that they are deeply entrenched in the White supremacist corporate culture and its way of thinking. In fact, many are so brainwashed that they’ll go along and justify with racist and sexist business policies such as racial discrimination and sexual harassment. Some will go even as far as protecting the racist policies by enforcing them! 


The way they see things, if a White man says it, it must be true and he must be right. In the eyes of a Mammy, a White man is infallible. They are the first ones to defend a White manager no matter how unethical or immoral he is. 


When Mammies are e in management positions like Human Resources they can easily prevent other Black people from getting jobs at a company. In her eyes no Negroes are going to come into the business and take her place as the Head Nigger in Charge.


Like the Black Mangina, the Black Mammy is more likely to help a nonblack person get a job at a corporation than a Black person. In fact she’s more eager to hire a grossly unqualified White, Hispanic, Asian, Arab or homosexual person over an overqualified Black person, especially a Black man. If a Black man’s resume gets on her desk, it’s automatically going in the trash.


Mammies also have a deep seeded hatred for younger Black women, especially good self-aware sistas. Mammies are jealous of the youth and intelligence these women have. Moreover, they’re scared if these women start speaking out against the status quo, they could threaten their position as the top woman in the corporate hierarchy. 


While a Mammy is filled with vitriol and hatred for Black men and younger Black women they are the biggest COONS in the presence of White men, especially older White male executives. It’s not common for an old Mammy with a scowl on her face to twist it into the kindest gentlest smile in the presence of a White manager or executive. And these women will buck dance, shuffle, and Coon like Amos N’ Andy grinning and laughing while these men make all sorts of racist and sexual comments about her and Black people. 


The Strong Independent Black woman is also allowed in White Corporate America. Like the Mammy, these younger women profess an extreme loyalty to White Corporate America. They often work in professional positions such as junior managers, lawyers, HR managers, and office Managers. Some are even executives. They like to boast about their college educations, their designer clothes and expensive homes. Many are cold, calculating and indifferent to the feelings of others. As long as they’ve got theirs, no one else matters. 


Strong Black women are easy to identify by their armor like business suits, hair weaves that look like helmets (some wear dreadlocks that look like feathers in a war helmet) and faces painted up in make-up that looks like war paint. She is always ready to do battle for her White Supremacist Masters on the front lines of Corporate America with her two deadliest weapons: Her hostile attitude and her razor-sharp tongue.


The Strong Independent Black woman believes in feminism like a religion. And White Managers love having her in their corporate businesses because those feminist and misandristic views of men, especially Black men make her into a vicious and brutal enforcer. She is a cruel and vicious overseer who is used to terrorize the office and strike fear in the working masses with her brutal implementation of company policy.


Company policy is the Strong Independent Black woman’s bible. It’s what she uses to justify crushing, humiliating and degrading people, especially Black men. A Strong Independent Black woman will always turn to her corporate rulebook to condone the most unethical and immoral practices even though the Holy Bible she reads in church every Sunday says what she’s doing is wrong.


One of her favorite pastimes is using corporate policy to emasculate, humiliate, and degrade men of color, especially Black men. For them writing up a Black man on the smallest infraction is a pleasure. She has even more fun when she terminates Black men from their jobs. When she fires a Black man, oftentimes there’s a smile on her face. Some may even have a sated expression on their faces just like they’ve had an orgasm after taking a black man’s job away.


However, Strong Independent Black women will turn friendly and kind in the presence of a White Manager or a White executive. All that hostility they had for lower level Black men, other males of color and White women soon dissipates when a White Manager or White executive walks into the room. If you ever see a Strong Independent Black woman in the presence of a Black man then see her in the presence of White Man, You’d swear it wasn’t the same person.


White Corporate Bosses love Strong independent Black women because of their fierce loyalty and commitment to White Supremacy. These women will go above and beyond not only in the business arena, but the bedroom as well. The same Strong Independent Black woman who will talk about Christianity and saving herself for marriage to Black men will be the first to drop her panties or drop to her knees to service a White Dick. This Negro Bed Wench will allow White corporate bosses to run through all three of her holes and nut in her smiling face if it’ll get her a raise or a promotion.


Strong Independent Black Women never get fired from their jobs no matter how nasty, hostile, belligerent or unprofessional they are. A Black man in the same workplace could make one small mistake and White bosses would be insistent on his termination. But A Strong Independent Black woman makes that same mistake, shows up late, and curses people out in public and it’s business as usual. Some even get promoted after YEARS of fucking up on the job!

One of the main reasons a Strong independent Black woman never gets fired even during the worst economic times is because she’s oftentimes a White Man’s sidepiece. White corporate bosses know they can depend of their enforcer in good times and bad to protect their business interests and take care of their sexual needs. 


Like the Mammy, The Strong Independent Black woman is totally and completely dependent on White Supremacy for her existence in the workplace. And because she fiercely fights to protect White Supremacy, she makes sure no Black people get hired. Especially Black men and young, intelligent self-aware Black women. These Handkerchief heads would rather laugh in the face of a brotha or sista and hire a White, Hispanic, Asian, Arab or Homosexual first.



Hood Rats are the female equivalent of Coons. Hood Rats are usually found working in low-level positions such as receptionist or Administrative assistant. Some can even be found in other front desk jobs like cashier or customer service. A few will work as security guards. 



Hood Rats are known for being loud, obnoxious and arrogant. Their fierce bark, razor sharp tongue, surly body language, nasty attitude, and hostile demeanor are what make them perfect for front desk positions. White corporate bosses often use these women as the gatekeepers for their businesses because they’re effective at screening people and keeping undesirables (Black men) out of a company. 



A Hood Rat can literally curse a customer or client out and still keep her job. She can come in late every day and still keep her job. Some will even get promoted after providing YEARS of the WORST customer service at a sales counter or reception desk. Why? Because they save a White Corporate business lots of MONEY. Thanks to them intimidating the masses of customers and clients, they fear asking for anything and take whatever is given to them.


When she’s not at the reception desk or providing horrible customer service at the front counter or the reception desk, A Hood Rat will bully and harass, and threaten other Black co-workers. And around other Black employees, she’s the first to make threats and talk about who she can get fired.


She’ll also do passive-aggressive things to Black co-workers like hiding information, “losing” files, “forgetting” to tell them about phone calls, “forgetting” to relay messages to employees, and chastising them about coming in one second late. But in the presence of a White Man even one in a position LOWER than hers like the janitor, she’s the first to greet him with a friendly smile and tell him good morning. And she’s the first to offer inside information to them on what jobs are available and how to work with certain bosses in the company. 


Many Negro Bed Wenches working in Corporate America are snakes in the grass. You don't believe there ever were Negro (Black, Colored, Afro-American) members of the Ku Klux Klan Well read on! By the way, from now on we will refer to the darker Klan folks as AFROPEANS, or NEGROPEANS.

One of the last things today's biased media wants anyone to know is that there were Negro members of the Ku Klux Klan. No one has ever written a book about them to my knowledge though such a book would be of great historical interest. In fact, very little documentation has survived. What little does survive speaks volumes and proves that Americans do not know their own history. Here I will simply give my sources of information and quote from them. If anyone has further documentation about the Black membership of the KKK I'd be grateful to be referred to it. Should I come across more documentation I will list it here.

My first source of Negro Klan membership is the book, "The Ku Klux Spirit", by J.A. Rogers, noted Negro historian of the 1920's. The Ku Klux Spirit was first published in 1923, by Messenger Publishing Co. It was republished in 1980, by Black Classic Press. On page 34 of his book we find the amazing passage: "A fact not generally known is that there were thousands of Negro Klansmen. These were used as spies on other Negroes and on Northern Whites."

Very interesting. In the 1920's, there were plenty of original Klansmen still living as well as many other people of both races who lived during the Reconstruction Era. J.A. Rogers would have been able to interview many. Why would a Black historian make such a thing up? And if he did make it up there would have been plenty of people who would have objected. His book would not have survived to this day. Yet, it did.

My second source is a book written by a Carpetbagger, Albion Winegar Tourgee (1838-1905). In 1880 he published his book, "A Fool's Errand", (New York: Fords, Howard and Hubert). It was republished in 1989 by Louisiana State University Press as, "The Invisible Empire". On page 79 of his book we find the passage: "There were no Colored men in the band (of Klansmen) that night. Their hands were not covered. I could see their boots and pants, and I could judge from their hands and feet. Most of them were genteel people, besides being white people. I could also have told by their language if there had been any Colored people among them. Their language was that of white men, and cultivated men."

OK, why claim that no Colored men were riding with the Klan that night unless the witness had seen Colored men with the Klan on another occasion? The men were in their robes since the witness had to look at their uncovered hands to see that no Colored men were among them. If he's not telling the truth, why would a Carpetbagger, of all people, ever make such a thing up?

 

My third source is, "Ku Klux Klan, It's Origins, Growth, and Disbandment", by J.C. Lester (one of the six original founders of the first Ku Klux Klan) and D.L. Wilson (another early Klansman). The book was first published in 1884. (I have an original copy). Reprints of this book are available from us for $7.00. The book was re-printed in 1905. In that edition, Walter L. Fleming, Ph.D., added an introduction. Again in 1905, there were still plenty of original Klansmen and others who had lived during the Reconstruction Era. In the introduction we find Fleming's statement: "Many of the genuine Unionists later joined in the movement (the KKK), and there were some few Negro members, I have been told."

Now here we are told that there were "some few Negro members". Above we were told that there "were thousands of Negro Klansmen." But that is relative. When one considers that the original KKK had over 400,000 members "some few Negro members" could have totaled several thousand!

My fourth source is an more modern book, "Nathan Bedford Forrest: A Biography", by Jack Hurst. On page 305 we find this interesting quote: "...(the Klan was) reorganized to oppose radical proponents (the Radical Republicans) of what it perceived to be Black domination, NOT to scourge Blacks themselves. Although it has been written that Ku Klux Klan ranks were open only to the more than 100,000 honorably discharged ex-Confederate veterans, the hierarchy in some areas and some instances seems to have accepted and even recruited Blacks, provided they went along with Conservative-Democratic political philosophy. In Memphis of late 1868, sixty-five Blacks organized a "Colored Democratic Club" under the watchful eye of Klansman-editor Gallaway - - who according to an account in the Appeal, "made a motion on behalf of the White men present, that they give employment and protection to Colored democrats."

So, the Klan not only accepted and recruited Blacks in some areas, but a Klan leader made a motion that White men give employment and protection to Colored democrats. That in itself speaks volumes. Yes, volumes of ignored facts of Klan, Negro, and American history.My fifth source is the book: "Jesse James and the Lost Cause" by Jesse Lee James, Pageant Press, N.Y., 1961.

 My sixth source is the book: "Jesse James was one of His Names" by Del Schrader with Jesse James III, Arcadia, CA, Santa Anna Press, 1975.

That is all I have for documentation that there were Negro members of the original Ku Klux Klan. But, that in itself, is enough to prove their existence! The only thing to do now is to discover more documentation of what may very well be the least known chapter in Black American history. I said before that Americans do not know their own history. In time I will add this to my web page, but how many of you know that there were millions of White slaves (not bonded servants, but true slaves for life) in this country? That there were free Negroes who owned slaves? That there were free Negroes who fought gallantly for the Confederate States? That the Confederate Army did not discriminate against, or pay unequally its Negro soldiers? This and more, in time will be added. But for now, back to the Klan.

When the Klan was revived in 1915 it was originally just for Protestant White men. In time the Klan added the Women of the Ku Klux Klan, teenager and children's groups, groups for the foreign born and Colored men.

Concerning the Colored Klansmen of the 20th century my first source is, "Women of the Klan, Racism and Gender in the 1920's", by Kathleen M. Blee. (1991, University of California Press). On page 169, we find the passage, " Even more strangely, the Klan tried to organize an order of Black Protestants, a Klan "Colored division" in Indiana and other states. Despite promises that the new order would have "all the rights of membership" of the White Klan, much preparation went into ensuring that the values of white supremacy would be preserved as the Klan expanded its racial base. The group was to wear red robes, white capes, and blue masks and was prohibited from being seen in public with White Klansmen or handling any membership funds."

Well, if any of you ever find such a red, white, and blue robe in an antique shop or old trunk somewhere it would be as significant an historical find as discovering an original Klan robe. Likewise with any photos of the Colored Klansmen, newspapers articles, or anything else pertaining to them. Let me know if you do. (I think I'll make a couple reproductions of their robes for display.) It is presently unknown just how far the Colored Man's Klan went or how long they lasted. When the men's Klan had to disband in 1944, the separate Women of the Ku Klux Klan organization did not. They changed their name to the Women's Christian Patriotic Association and continued up to the 1960's. Could this order of Black Protestants have changed its name and still be with us to this day with its origins unknown to historians as well as its own present members?

Now to further add to this my next source of information is from the KKK, itself. In their book, "K.K.K. Friend or Foe: Which?", by attorney Blaine Mast and published in 1924 a chapter is dedicated to discussing the KKK and its relationship to the Black population. In this chapter we see the passage:

"The KKK claims that there is no good reason why the Colored people may not form a Ku Klux Klan of their own, and, as far as the writer knows, such an institution may exist in America. Indeed, we were credibly informed that some months ago a Klan gathering took place in an adjoining state, which was attended by some 20 colored men, for a general invitation had been extended. Those Negroes were so favorably impressed with what a distinguished speaker said, and with the general character and demeanor of the meeting, that they approached the speaker and others in authority and inquired if it were not possible for the Colored people to form a Klan of their own race. If they could get permission to organize they were anxious to do so and hoped for assistance from the officers of the KKK. So, in this particular instance, at least, some Colored men had no fear in associating with Klansmen."

The chapter then went on to outline the ground work for such a Black Klan. It is of interest that in the same book, another chapter is dedicated to discussing the possible formation of a Jewish branch of the Ku Klux Klan. A reprint of this book is available from us for $7.00.

We have recently made a new historical find concerning Negroes in the KKK that you will find surprising. It appears that in some cases Whites and Blacks belonged to the same local chapters of the Ku Klux Klan. Our source of information is from the book: Hard Times by Studs Terkel (1970, New York). The book is about the conditions in this country during the Great Depression. On page 239 we read:

"The Ku Klux was formed on behalf of people that wanted a decent living, both black and white. Half the coal camp was colored. It wasn't anti-colored. The black people had the same responsibilities as the white. Their lawn was just as green as the white man's. They got the same rate of pay. There was two colored who belonged to it. I remember those two coming around my father and asking questions about it. They joined. The pastor of our community church was a colored man. He was Ku Klux. It was the only protection the working man had. ....... One time a Negro slapped a white boy. They didn't give him any warning. They whipped him and ran him out of town. If a white man slapped a colored kid, they'd have dome the same thing. They didn't go in for beating up Negroes because they were Negroes. What they did was keep the community decent to live in. What they did object to was obscenity and drinking."


I cant sleep at night the ancestors they haunt me, they say" we died for nothing"--------------------The essential nature of imperialism/colonialism/racism is that due to the fact that the imperialist/colonialist/racist group or nation that runs the empire is so small compared to the empire, it must - out of necessity - recruit from the very population it rules in order to control that empire. When you study the history of imperialism/colonialism/racism, particularly the history of imperialism/colonialism/racism as regards to African people—which has been going on for some 2000 years now—you cannot help but recognize that Arab and European imperialism/colonialism/racism have been aided by Africans who were recruited into the armies of their imperialist/colonialist/racist masters. And, they were used to practice BLACK-ON-BLACK VIOLENCE against their African brothers…in the name of their Arab and European masters. So, when we talk about BLACK-ON-BLACK VIOLENCE and about our young men and women in the US [European] army today, recognize then that we’re talking about NOTHING NEW but something that is continuous with the very essence and nature of imperialism/colonialism/racism. Recognize also that when we talk about BLACK-ON-BLACK VIOLENCE, we’re talking about violence that violence produce…BLACK-ON-BLACK VIOLENCE is reflective of centuries of WHITE-ON-BLACK VIOLENCE! And ultimately, it reflects the violence that this European community has practiced upon black people and our reaction to that violence. – Dr. Amos Wilson
