The skin can easily be marred by bruises, ugly scars, irritations and eruptions that is highly avoidable if proper care is taken to preserve and keep the skin healthy.



A healthy and an unblemished skin is a protection for the body and its organ and a beauty to behold.

The following Tips will help you maintain a healthy, beautiful and glowing skin:
Take Care of Your Body
In order to have a healthy skin in tropical hot climate wear cool, light clothing. Take your bath regularly and drink plenty of water especially during hot weather.

To maintain a healthy skin avoid dehydration as much as possible.

Lose Some Weight
For those who are overweight it is advisable to lose weight to avoid a condition known as chafing of the skin.

Avoid vigorous and strenuous exercise especially in hot weather.

Do away with foods that aggravates or encourages acne or pimples especially in some individuals.

Foods such as cola drinks, foods that contains a lots of fats, excessive sugar, and certain drugs.

People who smoke usually look older than their age with more wrinkles on their skin. Smoking narrows the tiny blood vessels in the outermost layers of skin.

Which decreases blood flow and makes skin paler. This also depletes the skin of oxygen and nutrients that are important to maintaining a healthy skin.

Smoking also damages collagen and elastin, the fibers that give your skin strength and elasticity. In addition, the repetitive facial expressions you make when smoking.

Such as pursing your lips when inhaling and squinting your eyes to keep out smoke can contribute to wrinkles.
