Actually, from my investigation also, most buyers' offer is around this price per kg. Even some will cut it to N500. Since the price or chicks is over N400 right now, prices may be higher too. The way out is to fine tune your feeding plan and let your production be optimum if you want to make it. At times, one may just endure it and them push forward. But really I expect it to be around N800 min.

For me too, the price is bad and not encouraging. But poultry farmers should tap into the blessing of vegetable. Honestly, you will not regret it if you learn veggie and produce organic food wi your manure instead of hoping to sell each bag of manure af N300.

Just return to pilot and aim at 3 to 3.7kg at 49 days. You will be alright.
