Some are written so well while others are not up to standard. I need someone who is capable of reading between the lines. Someone whose passion is editing.

You will have to be someone with the capacity to look at a sentence and see that it is not properly written and you try to correct it.

I don't need someone who will be unavailable. You should be someone who thoroughly enjoys what you do and can turn in fast.
