Umu Obligbo (Okpuozor and Akunwafor) are the grandchildren of the legend, Chief Akunwafor Ezeigbo Obiligbo. When you hear them sing, and you've heard their grandfather and his band, you can hardly tell they're a different set.

With Akunwafor also bearing the legend's name, the duo have found a way to penetrate the mainstream music industry while retaining the "Igboness" the family empire is known for. They are a blend of Wit, talent, and hardwork.

Their live performances are an experience to have, these two have come to stay.

When Akunwafor saw these pictures he said, "si (TORI Africa) na anam ekene (tell TORI Africa that I say thank you). He did a very nice job."
This wouldn't be the first time great musicians have reviewed our works, we've had Flavour, Awilo Longomba, Chidinma Ekile and a host of other stars give us shout-outs on video. But to cover Umu Obligbo and have them like our work is an indication of greater things to come.
