A Fleet and Logistics Management Company is currently recruiting for the following positions:

POSITION: MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Responsible for the day-to-day Maintenance Operations including all fleet repairs, diagnostics, inventories and record keeping.

JOB SPECIFICATION:
*A good university degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related course.
*Minimum of 7years cognate experience in fleet maintenance.
*Excellent technical and organizational skills.
*Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
*Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Ensure proper maintenance and repair of all vehicles in the fleet.
*Prepare and maintain a cost effective preventive maintenance schedule.
*Maintain a complete and accurate maintenance inventory system through recording of all expenditures on vehicle parts, maintenance equipment and supplies.
*Implement and maintain an effective technical training program for mechanics.
*Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle faults.
*Oversee the welding, replacement and repairs of vehicle parts and electrical systems.
*Schedule periodic visits to external workshops to ascertain job progress and quality of parts used by the workshops.
*Check all repairs from internal and external workshops to ensure proper and safe completion. This includes physical inspections and road tests to certify job completion.
*Examine vehicle diagnostic reports for accuracy on all vehicles.

POSITION: LEGAL OFFICER
Responsible for handling all legal matters of the organization.

JOB SPECIFICATION:
*A Law degree from a reputable university.
*At least 5years post call experience.
*Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
*Fluent verbal and written communication skills.
*Ability to identify legal challenges, analyze and propose legal ways to overcome same.
*Good planning and organizational skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

*Review and preparation of legal correspondence, documents and contracts.
*Liaise with external solicitors and ensure follow up of litigation by and against the company.
*Provide advisory services to internal stakeholders within the company on all legal, statutory and constitutional requirements to ensure that the company is protected from legal actions.
*Identify perceived threats to the business of the company and advise management on possible course of action to avert such threats.
*Filing of civil cases against debtors defaulting payments.
*Coordinate arrangements for meetings of the board to ensure that they are properly organized and conducted.
*Ensure prompt update of the company’s legal and statutory documents.
*Ensure timely filing of statutory returns.

MARKETING OFFICER:
Responsible for marketing the company’s services which includes Car Rental, Fleet Management, Outsourcing and Leasing Services.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Prospecting of new clients and ensuring conversion of prospects to clients
*Managing of existing clients
*Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for the company’s services on variety of media (social, print, etc.)
*Liaise with stakeholders and ventures to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence
*Conduct market research to identify areas of opportunities.
*See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics.
*Prompt collection of rental fees.
*Monitoring of competitors activities in reference to pricing, business strategy, etc.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

*5years post NYSC experience in marketing.
*A good degree in marketing or a related field.
*Strong and confident communicator
*Excellent interpersonal skills
