Redmi 8 since you are concerned about camera quality and you have access to Gcam for very high quality pictures. Redmi 7 if you are concerned about performance such as gaming and heavy usage. For your budget, these two are your only option. if you can increase your budget by adding #8000, you can get the Redmi note 8 and you have the option of using Gcam for better pictures.
