If Nigerians look at this critically, they will find that although the President is within the law not to hand over power to the Vice President because the constitution states that the President is only mandated to hand over power when he is out of the country for 21 days or more, it is a shameful act for Abba Kyari to waste taxpayers money travelling to the UK. It also means that Buhari has failed to cut the cost of governance, more talk and less action. Again, this makes the President look bad.
