It doesn't make sense. Atleast those putting on hijab still wear trousers. How are they going to do those camp drills with skirts? Let's be reasonable, who goes to the swimming pool tying wrapper. These are simple laws, if they are not comfortable with it they would have as well looked for an excuse to be exempted from serving.

In essence, this results in "if after spending 4-5 years acquiring a degree you are not ready to abandon your faith, dress immorally and expose your body to any passing lecher to serve as his porn fantasy if he so wishes, then you can no longer be permitted to go for any postgraduate program, join the civil service at an appropriate level commensurate with your hard-earned training, and could even be liable for criminal conviction.

In short, this is practically government enforced pimping.
