Same LG presidential results shows a total vote cast of 23000 . How did senatorial election held same time and date had over 90000 votes ? It's fraud and suppose to be cancelled and never a re run

These people were already in elected positions, you do not resign from a position you were elected into to contest another election. Resignation is only required for appointees.
