Akpabio never saw this coming, he thought the court will give a rule for him to be a senator just like that. He can't eat his cake and have it. The question is what will be his fate if he fails to be a senator after resigning as a minister of NDDC? |

It might interest you to note that Akpabio and APC specifically shopped for this particular Appeal Court Members when the secured the favour of the Appeal Court President to disban the previous Court members.
