In preparation for the forthcoming gubernatorial election in Ondo State, the Aketi One 2 One foot soldiers has continued in their strides to ensure the victory of the Executive Governor of Ondo State, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu at the polls.

Through its numerous mobilisation and awareness efforts in Ondo west LGA, the group has continued to establish it foothold in the grassroot areas across the 12 wards; spreading its arms to welcoming new additions within it folds.

The group was in a meeting with the Chairman of Ondo West Local government, HON. ADELAKUN at his residence in Ondo town. The need for the group to intensify its effort in the second term agenda of Arakunrin Akeredolu was emphasized

Hon. Lulu Fawehinmi, S.A to the governor on Research & Documentation led the team comprising of the LG Coordinator Mr. Ayodele and 12 ward coordinators. Hon Lulu Fawehinmi appreciated the exemplary leadership of Hon. Adewale Adelakun for his wide inclusion in all activities happening in Ondo west local government which has given everyone under him a huge sense of belonging.


Also at the meeting, the group requested from the Chairman, to continue his inclusion in all activities in the local government and the State in general.

Hon. Adewale Adelakun in his response to the group appreciated the group for its unrelenting efforts aimed towards the second term agenda of the Executive State Governor of the State Arakunrin Akeredolu and LGA.

He further explained that it has become very imperative for everyone to join hands together and work for the sustenance of good governance in the state, adding that Arakunrin Akeredolu has performed immensely well as Governor of the Sunshine state since inaguration as the Governor of the state. He reiterated that it has become quite needful for the group to be undaunted in its resolve to see to the actualization of the beyond 2020 Aketi dream.

He went on to add that he is ever ready to support the team and its sole objectives, promising that he will ensure the inclusion of all interest group in all activities in the local Government.

Giving the vote of thanks, Mr. Akinbi Kehinde ,Ward 1 Coordinator appreciated the Council Boss ,Hon. Adelakun for a transparent government and uniting the leaders of our great party , APC in Ondo West. He also thanked the members present for their efforts and commitment towards the groups goal.
