NGO Deploy 130 Election Observers To Monitor Kogi And Bayelsa Poll by NwekeUG(m): 6:01am On Nov 14, 2019
IgbereTV reports that a non-governmental organisation (NGO) has deployed 130 election observers to monitor the November 16 governorship elections in Bayelsa and Kogi states.

The group, Youth and Public Safety Awareness Initiative (YPSAI), said 80 among the observers would be deployed after training to Kogi while the remaining 50 would be deployed to Bayelsa.
